If I could give more than five stars on my review, I absolutely would! Kimberly was phenomenal throughout what turned out to be a multi-month process to get my house sold. She went above and beyond throughout the process along with her team, especially her assistant Normalynn. I am not inexperienced when it comes to the real estate market (my husband and I owned 4 homes in three different states, sold 2 in last few years). So when I decided to put this house on the market, I did a lot of research and interviewed a few realtors before moving forward with Kimberly. She stood apart from the others with her knowledge, expertise, marketing strategy, and beyond impressive connections to local businesses/contractors. We are not living in San Diego right now so that made the process extra stressful and worrisome knowing I would need to hand over control of such an important process and not be able to personally take charge. Our trust in Kimberly was well placed. She and her team delivered despite the uncertain housing market and some unexpected challenges which included our first buyers backing out at the last second and some relatively extensive required repairs. At every step, Kimberly was available to answer questions and strategize on the best way ahead. She will be patient when you have lots of questions or get frustrated with various steps in the home sale process, but she is also capable of being quite aggressive when it’s needed to get the sale across the finish line! Her staging, photography, and social media strategy to advertise and generate buzz on my listing was top notch. Beyond that, she has a tremendous contact list of reputable professionals and was able to get painting, repairs, cleaning, and more repairs completed on a tight schedule. My wife and I are ‘high-maintenance’ customers and not very easy to please. We do a lot of research when it comes to large financial transactions (such as selling a home) and we tend to have strong opinions about sales strategies. We aren’t real estate rookies either (sold 6 homes, across 4 states, in the past 10 years) so, when it came time to sell our condo in San Diego, I interviewed 3 highly-reviewed agents that all came well recommended. Compass stood apart from the others right away with their data-driven marketing approach that really appealed to us.At first, we were skeptical of some of their ideas (remember we are ‘high-maintenance’). Kimberly helped me sell my condo in San Diego & I couldn’t have been more pleased with the way things went. I highly recommend her.She was there with me every step of the way. I will start by saying we conducted an extensive interview process, to include calling multiple references, prior to going with Kimberly and her team.
